The idea of growth is not just something that we speak of in our mission and vision for Baker Elementary. It's an idea that we hope our students and teachers alike will take with them away from school and apply to every part of their lives. Our staff works hard each day to create an environment where students have access to the optimal conditions to grow, setting a rich and nurturing foundation for them to become the most successful and responsible versions of themselves that they can be. Likewise, we challenge our teachers and staff to model that same thought process for our students by seeking ways to stretch themselves to grow beyond their current limitations.

I am personally so happy that you are a part of this school community and I hope that the time that your child is at Baker will be an experience that will set the bar high for the remainder of their academic journey. We work hard, play hard and love big around here and are committed to the concept of GROWTH every single day!
