November 18-22
Baker Bulldog Bulletin Week of November 18-22 Baker's Teacher of the Year . . .
The idea of growth is not just something that we speak of in our mission and vision for Baker Elementary. It's an idea that we hope our students and teachers alike will take with them away from school and apply to every day of their lives. Our staff works hard each day to create an environment where students have access to the optimal conditions to grow, setting a rich and nurturing foundation for them to become the most successful and responsible versions of themselves that they can be. Likewise, we challenge our teachers and staff to model that same thought process for our students by seeking ways to stretch themselves to grow beyond their current limitations.
We are challenging students and ourselves to grow every day. We know that growth is sometimes very difficult and requires a lot of hard work. We’re here for it! We welcome the challenge and we want to build that same mindset in our students to prepare them for middle school and beyond.
I am personally so happy that you are a part of this school community and I hope that your time with your child at Baker will be an experience that will set the bar high for the remainder of your child’s academic journey. We work hard, play hard and love big around here! Our amazing teachers and staff make our school what I am convinced is the best around by being committed to the concept of GROWTH each and every day.
Today, and every day is a great day to be a BULLDOG!
