Annual Title I Meeting
What is a School-wide Title I Program?
A Title I school-wide program is a program under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 that allows schools to use Title I funding to support improvement across the entire school. Funds are used to strengthen core instruction, identify and assist students experiencing academic difficulty, provide additional staff, programs, materials, and supplies, and support parent and family engagement activities. The goal is to improve overall student achievement and ensure access to high-quality learning opportunities for all students.
